Hum samajhte hain ki kabhi-kabhi plans badal jate hain. Kripya dhyan dein ki order tabhi cancel kiya ja sakta hai jab tak wo humari kitchen se dispatch nahi hua hai.
- Yadi aap apna order cancel karna chahte hain, toh kripya humare support line par turant sampark karein.
- Ek baar order dispatch hone ke baad, cancellation sambhav nahi hoga kyunki hamare sweets aur snacks perishable (jaldi kharab hone wale) hote hain.
2. Refund and Returns Policy
Namnav Delights mein hum shudhata aur swad ki guarantee dete hain. Perishable items hone ke karan, hum return policy offer nahi karte hain. Lekin niche di gayi sthitiyon mein hum sahayata karte hain:
- Damaged Products: Yadi aapko delivery ke waqt damaged ya kharab product milta hai, toh hum use replace karenge ya refund process karenge.
- Incorrect Order: Yadi humari taraf se galat product bhej diya gaya hai, toh hum sahi product bina kisi extra charge ke deliver karenge.
